CIB: Specialist Security Services
C.I.B. Security Services is a specialist branch of the Central Investigation Bureau, providing high quality security personnel and training for
specialist roles. Our personnel are very experienced and trained to the highest levels and represent the elite of the security industry.
Training
C.I.B. Security Services are a National Open College Network approved training centre, with Skills for Security approved trainers, providing
the highest level of training to individuals and organisations looking to enter the security industry or gain the necessary skills to deal with
conflict.
Door Supervisor Training
C.I.B. Security Services provide Security Industry Authority (sia) approved training courses for individuals and organisations seeking to
gain the necessary qualification to work within this specialised sector of the security industry. The courses are run over four days, by
experienced trainers, many with over 20 years practical experience within this sector. All the relevant modules are covered, in an interesting
and informal manner, to provide the candidates with all the skills and tools to work effectively within the security industry.
Conflict Management Training
Many individuals and organisations now recognise the need to have skills to enable them to deal effectively with conflict in the workplace
or as an essential life skill.
The ability to recognise and deal with conflict using recognised and effective techniques is being widely adopted by many employers, and
considered an essential element of training amongst many organisations. In particular Public Sector workers and those dealing directly with
the Public who undertake one of our individually tailored conflict resolution courses will gain confidence and skills to firstly recognise the
causes of aggression.
They will then learn techniques to enable them to deal with aggression and defuse conflict situations.
